We will be focusing on improving the bottom line at Aquatic Venues by increasing revenue through improved programming, marketing and management. Once again, this seminar will be sponsored to provide the training to attendees at NO COST.
This Seminar has been approved by the Florida Recreation & Park Assocaition for 0.6 CEUs. For CEU credit, attendees must attend 100% of the seminar and complete the evaluation at the end of the day.

In addition to this years speakers, the Pinellas Aquatics Council has contacted various nationally recognized swim instruction providers. These agencies will have representatives available to meet with individuals to discuss their programs. We will have extended breaks throughout the day so everyone has time to discuss.

Operational Self Sufficiency: Is This a Realist Goal for Your Aquatic Center

Description: Regardless of whether you are considering the development of an aquatic center or already have a facility, the future for a center is increasingly being tied to its ability to be self supporting through fees and charges generated by the facility. Splashpads – Just Add Water?

Description: The speaker will share the challenges his agency faced in the opening and operation of three splash parks in one year, without prior splashpad experience, and discuss recommendations for any future water play areas.
